Thyme tea against chronic fatigue and headaches

I am not a fan of green teas, they always leave an unpleasant taste in my mouth or, a feeling of not-so-goodness. However, (you know it’s about to go down when I start with my “how-evering”) … however, this latest find, Thyme tea, is so delicious that it’s become one of my staples.

Simply boil water, let it sit for a bit and then pour over fresh thyme leaves, brew for a few minutes. I love mine with raw honey and a bit of lemon. Be aware that the leaves of Thyme are so gentle that pouring boiling water over them would basically kill the nutritional value.

The following is an extract from one of the most informative and amazing websites and utube channels in my opinion concerning enhancement of wellbeing; Medical Medium with Anthony William:

”Thyme tea contains potent anti-viral properties, if taken on a regular basis it can help to reduce the viral load in the body which makes it highly beneficial for those suffering with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Vertigo, Tinnitus, and Multiple Sclerosis.

Thyme tea also helps stimulate memory, ease headaches and muscle tension, smooth coughe, relieve fevers, and fight colds and infections. It also contains a compound called carvacrol which is an excellent natural tranquilizer and has a tonic effect on the entire nervous”.

Please, read the blog written by Medical Medium on Thyme tea. There is so much more and I can truly attest to it’s delicious taste and health enhancing properties. I would love to know if you try it and how it made you feel after enjoying for a while.
