A simple yet beautiful smoothie to present for breakfast. I love to single out one specific healing property of a fruit rather than ramble off all the scientific names of varius vitamins.
- blend until smooth:
- -one cucumber amazing for skin
- -half a dragon fruit (red) very nutritious
- -home made *almond milk (the best and very simple to make) loves on your hair
- -2 dates (remove pip pretty please) energy and a natural sweetener
- -water or coconut water. The latter will make it very tasty
*almond milk can be replaced with a good organic natural yogurt.
