Dragon fruit smoothie

 

 

 

A simple yet beautiful smoothie to present for breakfast. I love to single out one specific healing property of a fruit rather than ramble off all the scientific names of varius vitamins.

  • blend until smooth:
  •  
  • -one cucumber amazing for skin
  • -half a dragon fruit (red) very nutritious
  • -home made *almond milk (the best and very simple to make) loves on your hair
  • -2 dates (remove pip pretty please) energy and a natural sweetener
  • -water or coconut water. The latter will make it very tasty

*almond milk can be replaced with a good organic natural yogurt.
