A real crowd pleaser; each time I make this for guests or my daughter, there are no leftovers. The ingredients are staples in almost every household – a well balanced mixture of herbs makes this so tasty on the palette and it’s really hard to tell that this lasagna dish is meatless. I did not use canned tomatoes instead, blended fresh tomatoes with sun dried tomatoes (the sun dried tomatoes replaces the tomato paste from a tin. Less acid and chemicals baby)! Cooked the blended sauce so that it’s not watery as instructed in the video. The topping is a decadent but delicious layer of blended (it’s a blendy kind of recipe) cashews and herbs.
